From Maputo travel north on the EN1 for about 224km until you reach the town of Xai- Xai once you have crossed the bridge over the Limpopo River.
Travel almost through the town until the BP garage on the left.
Approximately 300m after this garage take a right turn to Praia de Xai Xai (see signboard to the beach).
Travel for about 12km until you reach a traffic circle, keep left and follow the tar road to the beach front.
At the beach front turn left onto the dirt road and travel north along the sea shore (pass the caravan park on your left hand side) for about 2.3km. Take care on the sand road for bumps and a sandy patch. Most cars get through the sand without any problems.
You will see Xai Xai Eco Estate entrance on your left.
