    Basis of Timeshare ownership
    When you invest in timeshare in Mjejane Game Reserve you acquire an exclusive right of use entitling you to occupy a specific lodge at your chosen time of the year in perpetuity in a share block scheme situated in Erf 1 upon the remaining extent of the Farm Lodwichs Lust No 163, Registration Division J.U. Mpumalanga South Africa known as Mjejane Game Reserve.

    Timeshare Calendar
    The timeshare calendar reflects the weeks (known as time modules) and their respective dates for a particular year. Timeshare weeks run from Friday to Friday. Mjejane timeshare week one commences on the first Friday of the new year. The start date of week 1 therefore determines the starting dates of all subsequent weeks for a specific year. Each year a new calendar is issued by the administrators of the timeshare scheme.

    Basically the weeks in the timeshare calendar are categorized into the following groups:

    • Peak weeks. These weeks are linked to the Gauteng school holidays and are denoted by the letter "H" followed by a numeral. If and when the Gauteng school holidays should move, the associated timeshare weeks will move as well thereby guaranteeing the investor the school holiday period invested in. These weeks are referred to as "fixed floating" weeks.
    • Jumping weeks. These weeks are denoted by the letter "N" followed by a numeral and then the letter "J". Jumping weeks fall either side of the school holidays and they may move (jump) each year to either before or after the school holidays to compensate for any movement in the school holidays. These weeks are ideally suited to investors who do not want to be in school holidays but would like to be in the same Kruger Park season.
    • All other weeks. The weeks comprising the balance of the year are denoted by the letter "N" followed by a numeral.

    Timeshare Pricing
    Timeshare prices are determined by the following four factors:
    1. Size (occupancy) of unit: Units may have 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.
    2. Situation: Some units are on the river front and other slightly back from the river font.
    3. Unit amenities: Deluxe units have their own private plunge pools.
    4. Season:Prices vary according to season with guaranteed peak weeks and other school holiday periods commanding higher prices than off season weeks.

    Payment Options
    1. 34% Deposit and the balance to be paid interest free over 6 months in equal installments
    2. The balance by way of Developer’s financing up to 60 months.
